Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Process
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase(Please note that upon receiving the goods, we will assess them based on their completeness, signs of use, original packaging, and other factors to determine the refund amount. Therefore, if the goods show significant signs of use or if the original packaging is severely damaged, it may affect the refund amount ).
Step 1
To start a return, you can contact us at [marketing@cardealer-direct.com.au] to initiate a return. Please provide us with the following information.
A. Order number
B. Return or exchange reason
C. Description of the issue (for quality issues only)
D. Pictures if applicable (for quality issues only)
Customer Service Rep will reply to you within 24 hours and offer you a proper solution.
Step 2
Once your return or exchange is confirmed, please return the item within 15 days. If the item is not returned within this period, it will be considered that the customer has agreed to cancel the return or exchange request.
Place the item securely in its original packaging and mail the package to the following address:

Step 3
Email us with the tracking number of the returned package, we will track and initiate the refund or exchange process after the package is delivered.
It is recommended to reply to an opened email.
Postage
Please note that if the return is due to reasons unrelated to product quality and is instead caused by the customer's personal reasons, we will not cover the shipping costs. Therefore, we will only refund the value of the goods upon receiving the return.
We will cover return postage for defective or damaged products. Please contact our customer service rep and ask for a pre-paid return label.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
