Flag Design/Production Process

1. Choose Your Combination

Please make sure to select the same size for both the flagpole and the flag.

2. Free Design

You can download our design templates, complete your design, and upload the files or send them to our email. We also offer free design services; contact us via message or email.

3. Place Your Order

After selecting your combination and quantity, submit your order. The system will automatically calculate the cost. Confirm and make the payment.

4. Design Confirmation

Our team will confirm your design files. Once confirmed, production will begin.

5. Shipping

Generally, flags and flagpoles are shipped separately. Flags are dispatched after 24 hours (for orders confirmed before 4 PM). Flagpoles are prioritized for shipping (usually dispatched within 24-48 hours).

6. Tracking

After your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your email.
